Apple CEO Tim Cook Publishes Open Letter Apologizing for Maps

Tim Cook today published an open letter to all of Apple's customers addressing the wide criticism over iOS 6's new Apple-powered Maps application. The Apple CEO, through the apology letter, which was posted on the company's website, says Apple is "extremely sorry" for any inconveniences the Maps app may have caused to customers, and it's doing everything it can to rectify these issues.
