The Google Nexus Prime has surfaced on a Singaporean retailer website, bringing a host of (possibly spurious) photos to its listing.
Well, we say a host - we mean four. There's a front-on shot, which shows off the shape of the handset with its Ice Cream Sandwich-y filling, followed by a side image (which looks suspiciously like the cleaned up version of Samsung's teaser video).
There's also a nice picture of the handset's behind, which arguably tells us the most out of all the pics. There's definitely a camera (we're thinking 5MP or 8MP) and a single flash.
Spec-less
Unfortunately, none of the specs are filled in on the pre-order listing; but we're anticipating a humungous dual-core 1.5GHz processor, a Super AMOLED display (around 4.7-inches) and, of course, Android 4.0 aka Ice Cream Sandwich.
The handset was meant to land on Tuesday of this week, but Google and Samsung decided to postpone the event, likely due to competitor Steve Jobs' untimely death.
While there's much speculation about when that event will now take place, it could explain why the Nexus Prime has now popped up on a retailer website - honest human error. Or it could just be a bogus ploy for frantic phone fan traffic.
