Concern over Motorway speed limit

The Road Safety Foundation has voiced its concerns over the standard of England?s motorways, in particular, a lack of crash barriers. It seems that an agreement to the soon to be launched Government proposals might not be easily reached as the Foundation, having checked all 4,350 miles of English motorway, claimed that an 80mph limit
